What types of roadside assistance do you offer?

The two most common issues our roadside assistance team deals with are flat tires and dead batteries . If you get a flat, you can call our team to have one of our experts replace the tire, so you can get back on the road as soon as possible. Similarly, if your vehicle’s battery dies, you can reach out to us to have our crew members come give you a jump.

How long will I have to wait for roadside assistance?

Our team prides itself on our prompt service. We know you want to get back on the road as quickly as possible, so we make sure to get to you as fast as we can. In fact, we even offer a timeliness guarantee—we promise to get to your location within 45 minutes or less.

Because vehicle malfunctions rarely happen at convenient times, we offer 24-hour roadside assistance services to help you whenever you run into trouble. If you get a flat tire during standard business hours, we will be there to help as soon as possible, and if your battery dies in the middle of the night, the same applies.

Roadside Assistance in Weddington, North Carolina

Two of the most common issues when it comes to roadside assistance are a dead battery or a flat tire. Tires can occasionally be punctured in such a way that a leak that wasn’t there before leaves you with a flat tire when you are finished with an errand. There are also occasions when a blown tire forces you to pull off to the side of a busy road. Dead batteries can happen to anyone, even if you haven’t left the lights on in the vehicle or done anything else to drain the battery- sometimes batteries just run out of energy. Whatever situation you find yourself in, we want to help make it right with our roadside assistance.

Our roadside assistance is available when you need it most. We are able to assist you 24 hours a day and have a timeliness guarantee that promises we can get to you in 45 minutes or less. Once there, we can assess the situation, make repairs, or help you get your vehicle towed to your mechanic of choice. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us today.

Incredible service! My car broke down on Tryon during 5pm traffic right next to some construction. Anthony was kind and measured the whole time, took great care of me and my car, and was able to navigate the obstacles between where I broke down and where he parked with no issue. It was wonderful to have someone so kind and assured while dealing with something like a car breakdown.

AC Towing was a life savior. At 7am my car broke down in busy Charlotte, and he came in no time to give me a tow. I appreciate your services!

Brittany Jackson-Nji

Anthony was a lifesaver today! I had been on the side of the road for over THREE HOURS waiting for AAA. I even had to call relatives to pick up my kids and grandbaby while I continued waiting. After reaching out to another driver who contacted several others, I still couldn’t find anyone willing to come out on a Sunday unless it was “big money.”
I finally searched Google, and Anthony was the first person I called. He quoted me a fair price and was literally there in less than FIVE MINUTES! He was kind, listened to me ramble after such a stressful afternoon, jumped my battery, gave me a ride, and got my car dropped off. He even recommended a good mechanic!
Anthony, thank you for showing up and treating me with kindness when I needed it most. I’ll definitely use your services again and highly recommend you!
